Employee selection (Terminated Employees)

Explanation

When an employee's employment concludes, this process will be initiated. When the Update Employee Movements Assistant is activated via the Termination Assistant, the associated employees will be automatically populated in the Selected Employees section. Conversely, if the assistant is accessed directly from the navigation menu, the user will need to manually select the employees.

The change can be applied across all active Salary Review Plans (excluding the states of Obsolete and Salaries Updated). Alternatively, the user can choose to apply the modification exclusively to a specifically selected Salary Review plan.

Employees can be selected through the following methods:

  1. Manually picking employees from the provided list.
  2. By utilizing a specified date, the application will assess whether any employees who have concluded their employment (as recorded in the Employee file) are incorporated in the Salary Review. If affirmative, these employees will be loaded accordingly.
